Being Autistic in the Time of Covid19

THIS IS TOUGH TO WRITE. I AM TALKING ABOUT HAVING LOST ALL SENSE OF TIME AND SCHEDULES. YIKES!

ANXIOUS THOUGHTS FILL MY HEAD ALL DAY AND NIGHT. WHAT AM I TO DO?

WHILE BEING STUCK AT HOME HAS HELPED ME FEEL SAFE, IT’S ALSO MADE ME FEEL CLAUSTROPHOBIC.

HARD TO MAKE ANY PROGRESS IN LEARNING NEW THINGS. ALLOWING FOR ANXIOUS THOUGHTS TAKES ALL OF MY BRAIN, LEAVING NO SPACE FOR LEARNING. THIS AFFECTS MY WHOLE PERSON.

I NEED MORE EXERCISE TO HELP REGULATE MYSELF.

ALL THE CHANGES HAVE MADE LIFE SO MUCH MORE CHALLENGING. SOMETHINGS HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD. STILL CHANGE IS HARD.

KEEPING A POSITIVE OUTLOOK IS HARD. EACH DAY HAS MORE BAD NEWS TO DIGEST. TRYING REALLY HEED ADVICE TO STAY IN THE MOMENT.

LIFE GIVES YOU CHOICES TO MAKE. I CHOOSE TO LIVE HERE AND NOW SINCE THAT MAKES EVERYONE SAFER.
